And? I just saw a Walmart ad online.....Picked this up off the counter at Walmart
And they don't even sell guns at this store.
MSR?
Quite the contrary @the STL City store in MO. The very talk of those 'evil' tools of war is futile. They will tell you we don't deal with firearms here verbatim. They have a limited selection of brick .22lr and 9mm behind the counter in locked cases--if purchased it must be paid for at that counter and they then actually escort you out of the store. It's a no-go for me for anything @Walmart as I consider that to be anti-2A (and I'm not interested in the reasoning). To each his own. They do order guns still in most places.

Just saw that exact rifle/optic at a Walmart in Northern Phoenix:
Indeed--I have seen firearms aplenty in Sullivan, MO as well as other rural MO. locations. But KC, STL, Columbia etc. it's unheard of. I am assuming it's the Walmart Policy across the board in all major U.S. urban cities be it STL, CHI, NY, LA, PHI etc with the exception of the Southern States...?How different it is after crossing 1 river, I've seen the AR's at the st charles walmart (about 20min from STL for you non-missouri folks). I buy ammo all the time and even though most of it (excluding some shotgun shells) is in a locked case I can have an associated unlock it for me put it in my cart and continue shopping for as long as I want.
Nice to see some store use it. People really should use the term (myself included) as I think it's an accurate and smart term the NSSF came up with. The more MSR's are looked at like shotguns, the better it is for everyone.I think it's modern sporting rifle:
