Buy the Walker, you won't regret it. I own several Asm revolvers and they are fairly solid. Keep in mind the Walker will need some work before you shoot full house loads, the arbor will need correction. The only parts that are likely to give problems are the original flat springs. These can be replaced by music wire springs, which will be more reliable and change the feel of the revolver when it's cycled. When you shoot one of these big pistols the first time it takes a while to get the silly grin on your face to go away.
300.00 is a good price for a Walker these days, don't let it get away.
