"Pistol" grip cane

What Im looking for is a cane with the handle made from real gun grips, like a birdshead grip or a better yet walnut presentation grips like you would find on a S&W model 29. Anyone see anything like this, Ive been looking for awhile I am a casual collector

I think that Deltaboy is probably correct. If you have a favorite set of grips, you might send it off to a cane maker to have a custom cane made. I think that Brazos River Walking Sticks might possibly be able to do this for you.

If you have a pistol take off the grips trace the grip minus the grips and cut out the grip shape, Thread in a double ended screw and screw you wood cut out into your stick then set the grips to it and attach the pistol grips to your handle cut out.

Using what Delta just said... I wonder if a nice long wooden raft paddle could make a start of a decent cane for this? It would all depend on how much work you were willing to put into it, versus just buying one...

Sorry but look in your local phone book for a custom wood shop or get the grips you want and go and visit the ag shop at your local High School or College.
