Hodgdon does... but for the 220grn Speer JSP, 18grn to start, 20grn max. Interesting to note, Hodgdon discontinued H4227, the IMR version is the only available, now. Your powder is older, but that data is likely pretty old, too... the pressure is in CUP, and that Speer bullet has been discontinued for some time. I have seen data as high as 22grn with a 220grn cast... but I know I wouldn't want to go there, I was loading 18grn under a commercial cast 215grn for my 1894, but if memory serves I'm at 20grn now, and that's plenty. I think a reasonable starting charge, assuming your powder passes the sniff test, would be 17-18grn.
