Polish WBP Jack AK47 - where does it fit in quality wise

Might have a line on a NIB Polish WBP Jack in 7.62x39, but am unfamiliar where it falls in the AK quality positioning. I only have a WASR at the moment and a couple of SKS and want to add another AK variant to the collection. Asking price is $1,000 NIB and I see them for about the same on Atlantic Firearms.

Also interested in an AK103 from PSA, but the Jack is Available locally.

So where does the Jack sit in quality?

Watched a few videos on them, I want one. Seems like they are on par Zastava M70s or just a step above

Jack way before PSA! Polish AKs are good to go, just steer clear of Pioneer.
