more, but thats only do to the fact that I ran out of 16 ga so I loaded 3k shells.

About the same. Had quite a bit on hand and more than a few reloading supplies. Lately I am shooting less and just trying to round out my reloading supplies here and there in case the shortage goes on longer than we anticipate.

much less, i went to a local gun shop, dicks sporting godds, and meijer today with zero luck. Not even bulk pack .22s

I'm noticing a trend of a lot of boating mishaps where guns and ammo disappear into the depths . . . :scrutiny: Man, you guys need to start attaching life vest to your ammo. :D

Take that, Big Brother!

About the same.

However, I never thought about reloading certain calibers like .45acp, 9mm, or .223 until now. I don't know how much reloading of those cartridges I'll do, but I'd like to have the components and dies on hand so that I can reload them if the moonbats ever make good on their promises. I am now an owner of .45acp dies and components, and I've got my eye out for the .223 setup.

Well I feel set for a storm; I'm 14 and I have 5 or 6k of .22lr for my 10/22 and my Rogue Chipmunk... Plus my uncles endless supply of other calibers... where does he hide it pandoras box?

I've bought only a little bit more ammo lately, and also traded some work with a friend of mine who bought me some reloading components in exchange too. I don't want to go crazy, can't afford it anyway, but judging from the actions vs. words scenario with our politicians, plus the arrogance and body language of our fearless leader (whatever), I think that we had better get our heads out of the sand on this one. It may not happen this year, but the times are changing rapidly, and it's a bit concerning. If you don't believe me, just ask a veteran cop. Alot of them are VERY concerned. I think maybe if even half of the hoarding buyers backed off a bit, it would get better for alot of us. It pisses me off to not be able to buy a brick of .22LR in my town. That's really aggravating not being able to go practice right now.

I have about the same amount. I still have 1500 LPP, 3500 SPP, 1000 LRP, 13 lbs of powder. When I hear people talk about "hoarding" by buying more than 100... or even 1000.... rounds of ammo, I find it laughable and insulting. They are completely ignorant of the realities of shooting on a regular basis.

Well, this unemployed thing continues to be a bear. All the free time in the world, and nothing much left over to spend durning that time. So, I have not been to the range much, which cuts down of stockpile use. Which is good, as there has not been much to restock with had that much been expended.

my little "stash" really has not changed much since our new "fearless leader" took office. partly because i can not afford it, and partly because you can not find any anyways.:banghead::cuss:

More, but considering I didn't own a gun until about a month or two ago, I may just be skewing the poll. :neener:

my ammo supply is about where it has always been, but my practicing had dropped substantially as I can no longer rotate in new stock for what I shoot.

Same here, lower round count per outing. Even reloading less as it is tough to find components . . .

:banghead:

Way more!

I used to get 50-100 rounds when I ran low, but I just picked up 1200 rounds in the past 2 weeks, and pick up reloading components when I can find them.

I pick up ammo where I can get it.

I hold off wife who demands I spend a thousand dollars today just for ammo. Instead I told her for every 5 rounds she fires, I buy 20 more that day in one of the shops in the area or order online.

Guess what, our range time is going up alot soon.

With quality aimed fire, not just bangbangbang...

Oh yea, one other thing, I need to learn to find rabbit ammo. The slugs and triple ought will only smear rabbits all over the forest. Wife laughed when she realized that.

More, but only because I bought an new revolver in .357, Restocked my .22lr and found some great deals on .303 brit and 7.62x25.

I was well stocked before the election amd will be well stocked until they drag me out by my feet.

I can't hardly find some of my ammo because the store don't have it or the web site are all on back order. I go on the weekend looking for ammo but the store can't keep it long before it sells out. I order 500 round of 9mm Luger about 3 months ago and it is still on back order and I can't find 45 long colts no where.

It's definitely less for me, and certainly not by choice. What VERY little shooting I've done has depleted my supply, and quite frankly I can't afford the ridiculous prices on what little ammo I can find ( that's if I can find any , which hasn't really been the case )

I've been basically forced to completely stop shooting now, which to me unfortunately means the antis are winning once and for all. See, some would say that Obamas presidency having been the catalyst for high sales of firearms and ammo is a good thing for the gun owner.. but I personally feel that those people that think that don't realize that the real agenda of antis in power ( the ones that matter ) is not so much to take guns away from everyone quite yet so much as it is to take guns away from those without money.

I don't buy or use much factory ammo with the exception of 17 and 22 RF ammo. However I have about doubled my bullet, powder, and primer inventory since last november and also purchased a SHTF 12 ga shottie also. :)
