Bought a Henry lever rifle in .327 recently. Chamber seemed out of spec as it was cracking new, factory ammo about 1/4 in from the case mouth in a semi circle.
Did the warranty form online, got a label from them, packed it up and took to UPS. Had it back (with shipping time) in about 1.5 weeks. I was really amazed with the turn around time! Especially with shipping included and that they changed out the barrel, bolt, and extractor.
Yes, it should have been right in the first place, but I know things happen and it speaks well for them how fast they did make it right. Also, no messing me around with 40 questions, etc.
Form in the box stating what they had done and a thank you card for being a customer.
Happy in the end and will buy Henry stuff again when it fits my wants/needs.
Just a note as I know often we are hearing horror stories about customer service in the industry and here during covid but this one turned out well.
