Potential problem with 442?

My elderly M38 chatters if the cylinder is rolled when fully open. As said, the cartridge rims are bumping the cylinder stop.
You will have to search the internet to find something else to worry about.
 
351 Winchester got it right... Although I don't normally spin the cylinder, it is OK to have the cartridge rims make minor contact with the frame.

Both my 642-1 and 640-1 Pro make "the noise". However, my model 60 "no dash" doesn't. It is chambered in 38 Special and has the older, shorter non-Magnum cylinder length.
