Problem with 1897 Winchester

I bought this 1897 for 169 bucks and it works perfectly, aside from the extractor not wanting to go around the shell. The right side extractor seems to lean too far in toward the interior of the receiver and wont fit around the rim of the shotgun shell in the chamber. Looking at the bolt, there seems to be a small crack on the part of the bolt below the extractor (see image) that houses the plunger/spring for the extractor, though I'm not sure this is causing the problem. Any tips, advice, or ideas?

Now you know why it was $169. You will have to replace the breech bolt. I recommend replacing it as a unit, Numrich has the assembly in stock at $110.

That is a bargain, even for a "wall hanger", and worth repairing, I can tell you that much.
