Problems with FTF Industries website ?

Hi guys.. I may need your help here.

2 and 1/2 weeks ago I placed my2nd order at http://www.ftfindustries.com/ .. (1st order, mor than 6 months ago went fine, and was ultra fast ! Nothing to say about it, except that they were great)

But for more than 2 weeks now, I haven't seen my order arrive, and they don't answer to my emails anymore.. I feel a bit worried actually. I tried to contact them by phone, but the only contact form in their webpage is an email adress.

Does somebody knows if they are on holiday, or if they are momentanuesly closed ? is there another way to contact them ?

Any feedback would be much appreciated. Small amount of money involved, and I wouldnt like loosing it.

ps: this is not a message against FTF industries. They were great with me. i just want to know what might be happening with this specific order and lack of answer from them.

If you paid by CC, if you don't have any movement by the time your statement arrives, simply contact the CC company and contest the charge.

Keep trying with e-mail. They have been good in the past with e-mail communication. Might be overwhelmed right now with orders.

That is most likely the case. It also depends on what you ordered. I ordered a hi-rise bolt handle for my Cobray M-11 and a few weeks later ordered a Tec-9 Barrel Extension. Both orders came in a timely fashion, but its not like these items are in such popular demand.
