We are all human and as human individuals it’s in our nature to shout from the rooftops when a product or company “does us wrong”.
Sometimes we forget to call out when we are done right. Several companies or folks that I believe are FIRST RATE are Top Gun Supply, SGAmmo, Copes Distributing and as titled PyramydAir. Not that I haven’t dealt with other great vendors but these guys all seem to always go above and beyond and after dealing with PyramydAir over the years they need to be called out.
I have done business with PyramydAir for years and always had good experiences even with a return. Good company.
Well recently I made an order that I needed to cancel for reasons. I sent an email to that effect. Even with the current unpleasantness they replied within 24 hours and said my order had been cancelled and my refund done. Not only that I replied to that email that they would most surely get my future business.
I got human reply thanking me for my previous and future business and apologizing that they couldn’t secure my business this time. (I wasn’t buying elsewhere I really just needed to cancel). The point is they have been a fantastic company to me all the times I have bought from them. They have been a fantastic company the one time I had to make a return and they were a fantastic company when I had to cancel an order and they were so during the current sh....errrr poop show the world is in.
If you have a need to pick something up. Do so from them even if it is a few bucks more. They have shown to be a great company both when I was giving them money and when I was taking it away for some reason. They really appear to be good people.
Ohh and take the time to call out the good ones and not just the bad ones.
