I have some printed data listed in the Laser Cast Loading Manual. I cannot however post it here due to copyright issues though.

Shoot me an email and I will send it to you tomorrow.

I do have to say however having shot some out of my stock 1911's it isn't real easy on them at all. They DO rock and roll a bit more than even a plus loaded 230gr. I only shot a few just to see how they did, but I also loaded up some of the MP 452640's which drop just a hair over 260gr with my alloy just to see if they would actually function. I would not hesitate to carry a mag full of them and would not fell a bit under gunned in most circumstances either. Here is a little test I did, Cast against Jacketed

Well these were published somewhere, as I don't just make up loads...

45 ACP w/250gr LRNFP, primer = Win LP, OAL = 1.17
6.1gr Unique for 900 fps (max load)
8.9gr Blue Dot for 895 fps (max load)
6.5gr of Power Pistol for 934 fps.

45 Auto Rim loads should be fine as it has a slightly lower pressure limit than the 45 ACP. That is, unless they used a too long OAL and it won't fit the magazine or chamber. Shortening the OAL raises pressure.

I have loaded some 255 grain Bayous with Bullseye at a low charge and they functioned well and were accurate in my Glock 30S. They were also a joy to shoot. I also like Clays but have not used any Dot powders.
