I have been reading a lot on putting together my first ar-15 build, and have all the parts lined up, however I have read there may be a screw problem on my anderson lower....
I bought locally an anderson stripped lower, and then ordered a complete ar-15 kit from palmetto state armory, and am slightly concerned about this issue, supposedly there are known issues on anderson lowers, where a screw hole is not threaded all the way through, and am wondering if I will have this issue, I have attached a photo of the backside of this screw hole on my lower, and need to know if I should be seeking a shorter screw, or going to the trouble of tapping the hole the rest of the way through?
