Anyone have a Mossberg 930? I am interested if there have been any problems. So far I have heard mostly positive things about them. Doing as much research as I can.
Now that's cool. I've got an SPX that has yet to be fired. I may just go that route some day myself.I hauled off and bought the 28 inch field barrel for it and it instantly became my favorite clay killer.
YES!! Because the 930 is a gas operated semi-auto, it bleeds off some of the energy to operate the bolt and cycle the gun, the result is less "perceived" recoil. The 930 is one of the softest shooting shotguns out there....Dollar An Hour said:Is the 930 less punishing to practice with than an 870 with the same loads?
