My posts are pertinant as a response to post #18 and are correct.

If people are "too lazy" to ensure they are in compliance with the law, then they have to deal with the results. I am not responsible for other people's actions or inactions, or their reading and comprhension skills - they are. Strange concept, I know. :D

It makes about as much sense as saying that my truck's owners manual doesn't say anything about carrying firearms. All it might do is confuse someone who is too lazy to check the laws and make them think that it's OK to mail interstate without using a FFL

Maybe because there are many exceptions to the regulation that allow shipping interstate without FFL involvement on either end.
