Recent lots of WW231

Has anyone noticed if recent lots of 231 are giving lower velocities that older lots? A friend thinks this may be the case, noticing a change in recoil and
ejection pattern in .45 ACP. Any thought welcome, thanks in advance.
Generally the brand new powder will have the lowest humidity and highest density per grain. Canister grade powder has to be kept within specification, so bumping a tenth or two should get you right back in your window... the production window isn't published but I believe it's 5% total.

There are lot to lot variances with any powder, and so the load should be re worked up again and tested....
And in a powder like W-231 in 45 ACP he may find that only another .1 or .2 grains gets him back up to where he was with the batch before.
