Hello! I'm new on this and have a question that law enforcement havnt been able to answer for me(different agencies keep giving different answers). I have an Indiana concealed carry permit and i am currently in Georgia which accepts the Indiana concealed carry permit, however I am only 20 years old... so my question is, being in the Military and having a carry permit that Georgia accepts, can I carry a loaded and concealed handgun in Georgia even tho I am not 21? Thanks for your time!

It's not hard, just start reading:

http://www.usacarry.com/georgia_concealed_carry_permit_information.html

Having said that, it would appear to me to be be NO (emphasis added):

"No license will be issued to:

1. Anyone under 21 years of age.
[snip]

A person licensed to carry a handgun in any state whose laws recognize and give effect within such state to a license issued pursuant to Georgia law shall be authorized to carry a handgun in this state, but only while the licensee is not a resident of this state; provided, however, that such license holder shall carry the handgun in compliance with the laws of this state."

Never get "legal" advice from Law Enforcement agencies or Officers.

The answer to your question lies in OCGA 16-11-130
O.C.G.A. § 16-11-130
Exemptions from Code Sections 16-11-126 through 16-11-127.2

(a) Code Sections 16-11-126 through 16-11-127.2 shall not apply to or affect any of the following persons if such persons are employed in the offices listed below or when authorized by federal or state law, regulations, or order:
...
(3) Persons in the military service of the state or of the United States;
The Georgia Attorney General's unofficial opinion* on the matter: http://www.georgiapacking.org/ga-ag/u97-13.htm

* the Attorney General works for the state not for anyone who writes an inquiry, thus he/she cannot give an 'official' opinion to anyone but their employer (the state).
