Can you use the same bullet for black powder?

I would assume so, black powder and lead started it all, and these are just coated lead.

I guess I should have said the same coated bullet with black?

If you are using traditionally lubed bullets, make sure they have black powder lube if you are shooting black powder.

Another thing is I would like to mention, whether it is black powder or smokeless make sure that you keep the velocity of your reloads under 1500 fps, above that I would consider using a gas check.
