Reloading 5.45x39 no options

I'm in a position where reloading 5.45 x 39 is my only option and I need help.
I've been checking the archive as best I can and I can only hope the component situation has improved over the last few years since the subject was last discussed.
I need info on what gear to buy and where to get it, reliable general purpose loads in fact the whole works, all info greatly appreciated.

Try these guys for some of your needs. I do not know very much about the 5.45 X 39. I woud expect that some of the powder used in the smaller 22 and maybe 243 could be developed.
