Are these any good? On sale at CDNN for $9.99. Does anyone have any personal experience with these? Is there a better option for a similar price?

Remington doesn't make mags, so I tried to see if I could tell who the maker is, but I can't. The follower is similar to ACT-Mag, but still doesn't look like one of their's.
If your magazine doesn't work, your gun doesn't work. That mag may work, but it doesn't inspire confidence in me, I'd not buy it even it was selling for $5.
The "normal" price point for 1911 mags is in the $20 to $30 range. There are some very good mags above $30 if you are willing spend the money for them, but if you are much below $20 that is usually a sign to be cautious.
I buy a lot of my mags from Top Gun Supply. CheckMate is a good choice in the moderate price range and they offer good 7 round mags.
