Hey guys,
So, I FINALLY got my rifle back from Remington, 3 MONTHS LATER, (also I missed the first month of deer season) and here's what it looks like, the stock is covered in gouges, some 1/4 in. deep, and there are machine marks on the metal. I get it, the triggers need to be fixed per a safety issue, but seriously??? Not only are we being punished by you keeping our rifles for 3 months but you are going to beat my rifle to hell? how is this rite????? User beware. E-mail sent to Remington, im sure that will be to no avail.

I've pretty much decided not to send mine back. I guess I'll get a Timney Trigger instead.

I only sent in the barreled action w/ bolt.

good luck

I got mine back and it was just as I send it. Sorry to hear that you have a problem. However mine was gone for about 5 month. I purchased my rifle and never had a chance to shoot it as I got a recall. I send it back with tags still attached. When I received it back it was all good. Shoots great too. Good luck
