saw this on http://instapundit.com, video link and Glenn Reynold's comment.

was struck by reporter Rebecca Aguilar's body-language, literally standing over him in judgment with tailored suit and umbrella. The way she looked down, literally and figuratively, on an old man who had defended his life, entirely legally, and reduced him to tears seems to me to be representative of the worst stereotypes of Old Media. Then, when she belatedly realizes that she's coming across like a bully -- because, you know, she is -- she retreats into faux-sympathy and the laughable claim that she's just helping him get his side of the story out. It's like something out of a local-tv parody on The Simpsons. Yet her webpage suggests that she's on the side of the "little guy."

She is setting him up for revenge attacks.

Now that every skell knows what he looks like
he will undoubtedly be attacked.
I hope he can bring a lawsuit when that happens.
That "reporter" is truly evil.

I had to stop watching. Someone needs to put that effin C in her damn place.

She did not even have the where with all to invite him to the studio to interview him. All she wanted to do was bully this poor man.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHh I am so pissed off right now. I am going to stop.

folks, i'm not in the area ... but if you are aware of any local advertisers that patronize the Fox4 station in question ... please post them in the activism forum so letters can be sent to the advertisers as well.

When I get home from work I will be sending some mail. I don't live in that area but I'm offended none the less and they will know it.
