Rifle American Tactical AR with Gas Piston?

Does anyone have any knowledge about an AR15 platform being sold by Atlantic Firearms call a "AR15 Rifle American Tactical Rifle with Gas Piston"? It's selling for a very reasonble price. Who makes it? What's the quality? Thnaks.
