RMR .223 62 gr Lead Core FMJ Loads?

Is anyone using the RMR 62 gr bullets with IMR 4064? I'm getting ready to work up a load and the only similar data I've found so far is in my Speer #14 manual? Does anyone have a recommended starting point other than that?

I'm using once fired WCC 12 brass. and WSR primers.

Alrighty, I guess no one is running this combination. Anyone have any other suggestions of a better powder that is widely available that meters better?

I've loaded those bullets with 23.5 gr of ramshot TAC. I bought the TAC because it was available. It meters great and the accuracy is well within my shooting ability.

I use that grain bullet but not 4064 because it meters like crap. Some of the best loads I have generated were with 4064 or 3031. but I avoid them because of poor metering when loading for plinking. H335, Benchmark or CFE is more to my liking. Ramshot TAC is decent as well when I can find it which seems like never.

Reduce by 10% for start.
