That is pretty sweet.

It is really sad that there aren't more 22 WMR semi-auto rifles available. If this does well maybe we will see a newer 10/22 magnum re-released (or some of the mp-5 clones in 22 mag).

If the mags work for both the carbine and pistol,..with 30 rds of 22 magnum,...I see a possible future addition here...........
Add in a .22LR conversion kit for each and I'd go on a waiting list without ever seeing one in person!

As it is, all that keeps me from going on my LGS's waiting list is never having held a pmr30, once I find one to manhandle and play with for a few minutes I'll probably be calling Dan and telling him to get me another of those impossible-to-find KT guns.

I've been thinking of getting the handgun. It would make a great plinker/fun gun. Now with a carbine model possibly being released I'm gonna have to take a long look at both.

I'm thinking the carbine and handgun would make a great varmint calling combo. Not to mention it could serve as a truck/HD set as well.

I hope they can make this reliable--- I had a ramline once, and the mags were hit/miss for working. I would still prefer it in a long bbl pistol, with a 30 round mag; but if they can get this working in a 30 round mag, with say a 10 inch bbl, that would be awesome, but it looks like it's gonna have a 16 inch bbl.
Imagine for a moment; that same pic above, but no stock, and the bbl cut down to about 1 or 2 inches in front of the housing. then on the bottom rail-- a small white light mounted at the rear, and on the top rail, a small red dot holo sight, with a green laser mounted just in front of that, also both on the rear of the rail. That way, if you leave enough room up front, you can make a holster for it. Total drool factor. Somebody here with the tools, can you draw that up?

I'll get one. You have to figure by the time this hits the market all the problems with its base, the PMR, will have been figured out. No jackrabbit is safe.

I would be a lot more excited about this, and the idea of high-capacity rimfire firearms in general, if I didn't live in MA.

Looks pretty cool, though.

SBR anyone?

Kel-Tec always comes out with really cool and functional designs. Too bad a Saiga 12 and Garand are at the top of my buy list.

If it's reliable, that would make a dandy HD carbine, especially for the less burly folks. .22 WMR from a rifle length barrel is nothing to sneeze at.

I like the sliding stock idea over a folder. I can see several uses for this gun whereas I couldnt see where I would use the pistol. I hope it comes without sights to keep cost down and let buyers choose their own. It may need some kind of forgrip though.

Looks like a winner if they can keep the bugs out and not have us all waiting on delayed release dates like they have with the PMR-30 and RFB.:scrutiny:

If I can get one under $500, I'll buy it quick. Dandy significant-other gun, and I already have a lever rifle in .22 magnum as one of my HD pieces. A reliable autoloader would be even better.

I will buy one if they end up making it. the PMR and the RMR would make a nice combo. Why is there always something I seem to need?
