Robinson Arms Sues Remington, Bushmaster, RRA, and Magpul

As far as RobArm copying another rifle or parts thereof and patent longevity, they don't really run that long.

I have a few mechanical patents and they only ran for 17 years, then anyone could (and did) produce the same exact items without patent infringement.
