I wonder where they're made if Armscor/RIA is the importer.
Czech Republic according to the same YT reviewer in a later review. @GooseGestapo was right on the money. From what I could find and as Goose stated, they seem to have a good reputation.

According to marking on the frame, it’s an Alpha-Proj, imported from Europe (Czech).
Yes, the price seems a tad high.
Alpha-Proj has a good reputation for value priced guns.
Previously imported by CzechPoint USA.

A DAO model with a spurless hammer would make it better carry option,IMO. Snubs are made for CC so I don't see the benefit of a light SA except for range fun. That hammer looks like it would snag clothing on the draw. Six rounds is a plus but I'll stick to my SP101 DAO 2.25" 357 I got used, 2 months old, for $450. This one does look like a step up from other RIA revolvers I've seen though.

S&W snobs........ Glock snobs...........Listen, a little tired of hearing how there are no other good revolvers out there unlees you own a Smith, or maybe even a Ruger, or Colt. Just like you Glockies who think there are no other 9s. Well. guess what? I've got Mossberg MC1 that tears a 43 to shreads, in every category except name recognition. I can also say the same about an EAA Windicator I own that blows

away S&W logos. I've seen Smiths with bad cranes, poor cylinder gap, canted barrel shrouds, and rediculous triggers that require Herculian efforts to pull!!!! The MC1 is crazy accurate, and feels amazing in hand! The Windicator is a German Tank that shoots straight, and is easy to handle, even with 357! Stop bashing affordable guns! the pure weight of this Windicator absorbs everything including the tears from you guys who shoot infantile weighted guns such as the 642, and 442 that weigh less than a banana! If the Windicator runs out of ammo, you can certainly bash someones brains in! They'll laugh at you if you try that with a Airweight!!!

As for the RIA AL3.0, (blued) another great affordable gun!!!!! And, it's not a Smith, or a Glock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not that I disagree with you but why on earth would you dig up a 2 year old thread just to go on a rant after only being a member here for a matter of hours?
Not sure where else you visit on the net but on THR it's much easier to catch flies with honey than it is vinegar.
Just saying.

Btw welcome to the forum.

BTW, I am new to the forum. I've made new recent purchases after extensive research and reviews. Voicing my opinion on new experiences, and previous comments. And, Thank you.

And, considering how Smith and Glock snobs disrespect any other brand but their own, yes, they deserve a bit of viniger. I'll save the honey for my fellow Americans who need good affordable guns!

I think you missed my point, friend. If you would have taken the time to hang around THR a bit I think you would find very few "snobs" here. We all have our preferences for one brand or another, but most of the folks here give the next guy the benefit of the doubt when it comes to their personal choices in guns.
I don't like to see people post regurgitated internet BS about my Heritage RRs if they haven't even shot one. For those of us that have shot one we know what we bought.
Just because somebody likes their Ruger SS better than a HRR doesn't make them a Ruger Snob.
Folks here will give your opinion a lot more consideration if you don't go off on rants calling people out for sharing their opinions from your very first post.
Yeah sometimes we can have very robust discussions and disagreements here but at the end of the day I think most of us can just agree to disagree and move on.
Honestly if smacking down other members is your thing, maybe you would like AR15.com better.

My aim isn't toward anybody who has a preference. My aim is towards everyone bashing affordable revolvers. There are many of us who ask questions about quality and affordability. Many of us want new guns! Seems the only answer out there is, "well, why don't you just buy a used Smith or Ruger?" It's an unexecptable, and unreasonable answer. So, yes, there you go again!

And btw, if this offends you, and it shouldn't, maybe you're in question. I'm not smacking anyone who isn't guilty!

I don't offend easily. Especially by those who are obviously trying to be offensive.
Again I welcome you to THR and hope you can convert all the S&W fans to EAA fans.
Now I think I will get all 4 of my HRRs out of the safe and go shooting.
Had one of my Phoenix HP22a pistols out last night, along with a Smith, a Marlin, and a Rock Island. Life is good when you don't worry about what other people think.

Very well said! But, just remember sir, I wasn't "targetting" you, lol, Be well, and shoot straight!

I'll be at the range myself with my Mossbergs, and Smiths.

This being a year and a half old thread and all, I have never observed the discussed revolver anywhere. Do they still make the thing?

Anybody got a picture of one in there possession? I hate stock pictures cause they always make thing look special.
