FEINSTONING AHHNOLT!
FEINSTEIN MEETS WAXMAN

By: Ted Lang

Left-liberal Democrat and Communist Chinese financier/supporter Senator Dianne Feinstein [D-California] has unleashed a mud-slinging attack on gubernatorial candidate Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is to detract from his image as a viable political candidate for the office of Governor of California. And of course, it all hinges on the totally irrelevant political absurdity of Democrats are good and Republicans are bad.

In principle, there isn’t an iota of difference between the economic and political philosophies of Gray Davis and Schwarzenegger. The only difference between the two translates merely to the nature of their government spending programs. No discussion has surfaced dealing with why the budget crisis was allowed to get this bad from a beginning surplus of $16 billion. Any politician, specifically Feinstein, that would support such a failure as Davis, exposes herself as a bigger failure! And as I have previously pointed out, millionaires and billionaires can be real sharp at making money, yet be complete idiots when it comes to governance in a limited government republic such as ours.

And the same can be said of Rhodes Scholar candidates with law degrees that become college professors teaching constitutional law. I can remember one such highly educated dunce explaining that the Second Amendment gives us the "right to hunt." Of course, this great speechmaker and charismatic womanizer was loved by feminists and trial lawyers alike. And of course, his fantastic governance skills have been offered to Governor Grayout.

I’m frankly rooting for any politician who will continue to bankrupt the great State of California, with its communist laws, its communist income taxes, its communist sales taxes, its communist gun control and huge illegal alien and criminal population. The only thing not communist about California is its property taxes, a real sore point with socialist-at-large, Warren Buffet. It is a showcase for the entire world to behold as regards the astonishing achievements of total left-liberalism. Let the rest of America, and for that matter, the entire world, behold what Davis, Feinstein, Waxman, Lee, Pelosi, Streisand, and Sarandon have brought forth.

But the real fun is seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger’s big government tax-and-spend left-liberalism as the basis for attacking Grayout Davis’s big government tax-and-spend left-liberalism, who is in turn being attacked by Feinstein’s big government tax-and-spend left-liberalism. And now the kicker: Senator Dianne Feinstein carries a gun in her handbag for protection from evildoers, but wants gun control for the rest of US. Ain’t that rich? And she’s attacking poor Ahhnolt for acting out violence with guns on the screen!

Say what?! What about confessed Gun Nazi Sylvester Stallone? What about all of his Rambo Mussolini movies garroting, shooting, burning and pulverizing evildoers and obviously right-wing Republican extremists and Bush voters? Herr Duce Stallone wanted the 1968 Nazi Gun Control Act for Americans expanded to allow for house-to-house searches by United States Federal Gestapo and United States Federal Police to confiscate them all. Does that include the guns that he and his fellow Hollywood buffoons playact with all the time as well? How about all the guns they secretly own and just forget to mention? Them too?

Isn’t it rich that a Rhodes Scholar Democrat can sell missile guidance systems to communist states, states which have repeatedly threatened our existence with nuclear weapons, states which have downed our unarmed aircraft over neutral waters, states which have attacked our military? The only Democrat that openly screamed about Clinton’s arming of the Communist Chinese on the floor of Congress, former Congressman Jim Traficant, is in jail. Is that where all good Democrats wind up? I guess that explains why all the really bad ones, Feinstein included, are on the outside.

A nuclear missile attack upon our soil is now possible, thanks to Bill Clinton and Communist wannabes like Feinstein. If Feinstein is so concerned about gun violence, why does she carry one? Why doesn’t she attack Stallone who’s killed more communists in his movies than Schwarzenegger?

I LIKE this guy!!!

He's finally starting to call the left by their real names:

Communists.

Bankrupt California.

I like the idea. Heck, I haven't sent money to a California business in three years as far as I know. I've turned down repeated offers to vacation there because I won't spend money in that state. Let the state collapse.

Of course, if it does, the numbnuts who live there will move to Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, etc and ruin those states.

The sixth largest economic base in the world (so I've heard tell) and you're telling me that no one can find a way out of the morass? OK you don't have to tell me, I can read the news...

What's fiduciary responsibility? Who controls the purse strings? The governor or the state assembly? Both? Where is the Checks and Balance program?

Kinda reminds me of the old Rockford Files accounting fiasco, with the studio telling James Garner that the syndicated show didn't make any money while it was airing on TV everywhere daily and losing money in the process.

Also reminds me of the Vietnam War quote, "We had to destroy the village to save it"

big sigh

Glad I don't live there, tho I fear Nevada is too close for comfort. We had our own fiscal fiasco this year... new taxes out the wazoo... with the governor suing the State Assembly back into special session to pass all of the taxes Gov. Guinn felt were necessary to balance the budget... but we were only out some 700-800 million. This in a state with a census of some 2 million.

It must be a disease thats spreading.

As goes California so goes the rest of the ...

Adios

I keep waiting for you professional California-bashers to figure
out that your state is next. Sit on your haunches for another year
or two or three and, trust me, you won't be so cocky. Our problem here is
too many deadbeats and too many socialist pols sympathetic to them.
Sound vaguely familiar? Problem number two is the invasion from
Mexico, and that's a Federal snafu that is a time-bomb ready to blow
up in YOUR backyard.

So goes California, so goes America.

Longeyes:
Much more to the point, although no sane person needs to see it demo'd, the PRK can serve as an example as to why you shouldn't follow their path.

Tough on the citizens there, of course, but the rest of us can learn...

Some "object lessons" are prohibitively costly. California is
not a battle anyone in America can afford to lose. This state
is not expendable, and those who think it is are in for an
unpleasant surprise. California has long been the trend-setter
culturally. I see no reason why this time it will be different.
You really think you are going to have a fall-back position and
wall yourselves off from what is going on here? How? When you see
a well-developed cancer odds are the tumor has already metastatized.

Hey - I'm movin' to Vegas this weekend! Of course, I'd hope that anyone on this board doesn't fall into the "numbnuts" catagory. :p

If California sets all the trends wouldn't the whole country have imploded by now? I feel sorry for the people that have to live through that mess, but I'm tired of hearing how great California is just because it's California.

We may not actually set trends. What we have are political swamplands which breed all manner of political opportunity. We have a shifting population growing mostly in the latin american people both documented and illegal. Not a monolithic voting block, but they do heavily influence where our social services money is spent. Where the money goes is where the political opportunity is. Cruz Bustemante is a prime example. Built in 30% of the population at least sympathetic. Once ran with the MECHA gang, strongly moreno-centric to be sure. Done deal if it wasn't for the budget crisis. Hard to pander when your pockets are clean.

It's apparent Oregon isn't learning from California's mistakes, but other states are. The nation as a whole hasn't even started to commence to begin to learn the lesson about illegal aliens, and that's not just a California problem any more.

California doesn't set all the trends, but it's spurred quite a few.
I still maintain you are seeing a preview here of what's coming to
your own neck of the woods. There will be exceptions and hold-outs
but what starts on the margins here usually becomes the mainstream
"there."
