Rounds per hour: Sustained vs Cyclical rate

There are only two speeds I'm concerned with: fast enough and too slow. Too slow means I need a faster press.

The only records I want to break are to have ridiculously consistent loads and still be able to enjoy the process.

I have two 550s and a SquareDeal B. Never tried to see how fast that I could load but the SDB will really cranks out a lot of bullets quick.
