Ruger 10/22 mounts

Howdy, folks.
I've heard that the first thing to do with a scoped Ruger 10/22 to improve accuracy is to to get new mounts. Do you have any sources for a good balance of price vs quality for a Ruger 10/22 weaver receiver mounts? Keep in mind, I don't want to spend a million bucks on a receiver mount becaue I'll be shooting mostly bulk bricks for most of the shooting.

Powercustom makes a nice weaver mount, IIRC.

And I think Tactical Solutions or Tactical Innovations (can't remember which) makes picattany rails.

I think either of those runs $30-40 bucks.

I think a better barrel will make a bigger difference.

I'm betting the $100 barrel made the most difference.
