Hello Been a while since I’ve posted here. I own two 10/22’s (an LVT and a carbine) that I love. I’ve slightly modified them over the years, trigger work, Kidd spring kits, charging handles. They’re excellent shooters. In August I applied for a stamp for a suppressor so still waiting approval. I’ve got a .45 and 9mm with threaded bbl’s waiting for it so decided I needed a .22 as well. So I bought a take-down version of the recent Charger models. The 4924. It was a good deal on GB but I wish I had done a little more research first bc mine doesn’t have the ability to be fitted with a brace. The purpose of my post is to inquire.. are there any options to modify it to accommodate a brace? And the other reason is - dot sights. I’ve very little experience with them. I watched a Hickok video on utube where he had one on a charger but I’m not sure if it’s the best option for what I want to do with this gun. I’d like to be able to hunt small game out to maybe 50 yards and from what I’ve gathered, the dot sights don’t magnify much. I think a pistol scope would be too heavy and “clunky” so I’m looking for suggestions from you guys. When I get it setup and equipped with my suppressor (hopefully sooner than later), I’ll post pics. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
