Ruger Mark 3 Recoil spring assembly

i need a new recoil spring assembly. All i can find online is a spring assembly for the mark 2, where could get one for the mark 3?

The Mark II and Mark III pistols use the same recoil spring assembly; Ruger P/N: KA-57.

Have you called Ruger and asked?
Did you lose it, break it, or wear it out? Ruger has a great history of fixing their products, I wouldn't be surprised if they shipped you a new one USPS for no charge.
