Russia: Nationalist pushes radical liberalization of home defense laws
While Russia does allow people to use firearms for self defense. It is difficult to prove it in court. Igor Lebedev a populist nationalist wants to change that to allow citizens use firearms more freely to protect themselves and those around them as well as their property. While a long gun can be used for home protection, citizens cannot conceal carry.
