Yes, google "driving is a privilege" and you can see what we have all had beaten into us since we first yearned to have driver's license. It was not always so.
 
Yes, Max. Driving is a "privilege" that can be revoked by the same entity that grants it.

Remember, anything "given" to you by your leaders can also be taken away.

The US Constitution was not created to "grant" rights. It was simply intended to affirm them.

Certainly true. As to be expected ,New Jersey was the first state to require a drivers incense.
