S&W 625 Millet sights?

I wanted to put on some Millet rear sights on my S&W 625-8 and have no idea what height to get. I dont have the factory rear sights so there is nothing to compare size. Does anyone know what size to get?

I believe the 45 guys are using .300 front's with 360 rear millets. Hope this helps. They say the Millets are the way to go for combat shooting.
