I've actually had a chance to fondle one at the range, he had two PC627s, one snubby, and one regular length.
They handle and shoot great, but they are a little bigger in person than the picture would suggest... (Being a N-frame, and all.)
And you can buy 2 used j-frames for the price of a new one...
(But if you have money oozing from open sores they are a good gun to shoot occasionally, and still retain some of their value years from now.)
(Btw, the shooter that owned these was shooting from a rest, and was cutting roughly a one inch hole at 25 yards...)
I made a mental note to see what else he was shooting at different times.
He also had a really nice 657, two, that's right two PC945s, and a lot of other very nice guns.
It must be nice.
