S&W 686 Shooting High

I have a S&W Model-686-2, 4" brl, B-SQUARE mount,and a 1" Millet Red Dot and Millet rings. At 25 yrds it shoots about 3" high with the dot set at its lowest position. How can this be corrected Thanks.
