Can anyone shed any light (opinions/info) on this shotty?

I'm looking to get a semi auto for clays/hunting (90% clays). I saw this one at a much lower price than the Berettas or Remingtons.

Also, I once heard that semi autos don't always cycle low powered shells. How do you know if shells are low powered?

The current S&W shotguns are made in Turkey. They were initially way overpriced and didn't sell. It appears that they have dropped the price but I wouldn't buy one unless it was in the low $500s. You can get a Beretta 390 for under $600.
