I own a Savage lever action .22 hi-power, Model 1899 rifle. It has been in the family from the 1930's. A serial number search dates the manufacuring date as 1914. I also have loading tools and extra shells. I am interested in finding out a estimated value. I am not sure if I want to sell it since I killed my first buck with it.

Condition is all. In like new shape, those can go $1200-1500, but average good condition with a good bore, lots of bluing and good wood would bring $600-800. I have no idea of the value of the tools and brass.
