I stopped in at a local gun store this morning to pick up a rifle.
Although I had forms to fill out and rifle payments to make, I couldn't help notice a couple of classic shotguns in the rack.

One was a Browning A5 in 20 gauge. Nice blonde stock, good bluing and a $650 price tag.

The other was a Winchester Model 12 with a long barrel, probably a 28 or 30 incher. It looked so sleek around the action, and the barrel looked so slim, I thought it was a 20 gauge. I didn't get a price on that one.

There is just something about classic Winchester 12s and Browning A5s.

The A5 is indeed a classic. My Grandpa's Sweet Sixteen is my favorite firearm of all time, and he brought countless game home with it over the years.

Another nice one was his Remington model 11, you've gotta love those squared-off Browning designed recievers!

Yup, two classic shotguns ready to give a few more generations of shooters perfect service.
