Scams and Scam Sites - Please list here

New Para-Ordinance website up and running.......... Even though Para-Ordinace really no longer exists. It's a scam site, key identifier is they only take Zelle or Crypto. Pass the word.
Thanks,
I also see many websites that are "close" to the original good ones so, a person not in the know could easily be deceived.

Good luck with all of it Gunny. Use that range time as a therapeutic treatment. It works for me and my son - he’s a retired Gunny too.

Thank You Sir,
I appreciate your sentiments and well wishes.
He's lost a leg and we're looking at maybe losing the other foot or more on the other side.
Still trying to support my wonderful wife as she cares for him day and night now. Full time.
It's been a long hard journey. I worry about her. As for me? I've been through the wringer before. quite a few wringers ;)

User thu298 is a scam artist. He will only take Zelle or money order will send you pictures he stole from another forum, and then stop responding once he gets your money.

Just how does one know if it's a scam site or not. I almost bought some powder from a couple of places but chickened out. I figured if my usual places didn't have it,why do these other places have it. ?

Primersmart. On their main page they refer to themselves as "Powder Valley". They have credit card emblems at the bottom of the page however when you go to checkout they only take "CashApp". If someone doesn't take credit cards the smart move is to assume they are criminals imo.
Here's the URL: https://primersmart.com/

Gunbroker again.

We should all take note of the sellers who have jacked up shipping costs through the ceiling and never deal with them again, even after things start getting back to "Normal."

There are several on Gunbroker now who are charging as much as $20.00 or more to ship a single 100 count box of reloading bullets. Three boxes would fit in one USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box for less than ten bucks. First Class would be even less.

These sellers are legitimized by Gunbroker, but they are common criminals. IMO it's unethical to do business with them.

It would be nice to organize a campaign to contact these sellers that are price gouging and shipping gouging to tell them we won't do business with them now or in the future. Well, a guy can dream, can't he?

Has anyone dealt with Newmexico-gunshop.com ? I’ve done some research and find good and bad reviews.

Thanks,

Ray

Add this one: https://starlinebrassusa.com/

It looks legit, I thought I was at Starline (it was the first thing that popped up on Google!). I was about to place an order when I saw that it only accepted Zelle (which I had never heard of), or bitcoin, so I didn't complete the order.

I've only just started reloading, and am amazed to find out how many scam reloading sites are out there!

Aero precission is a scam now. They will take your money and I'm at 30 days they haven't answered calls, messages, emails, "help tickets" only got in touch via Facebook where they dismissed me. They don't have any intention of filling orders.

Credit cards- just about universal but if the seller is not very good at processing the purchase, you may very well loose the card. One such made several attempts causing my bank to freak out and cancel/replace my card. This caused me about a day and a half intensive work replacing my online payment methods. Most of the grief came from Verizon Wireless which has adopted an indifferent and incompetent customer service system via telephone and the sub-continent of India.

I just checked https://taurusgunsonline.com/. I was looking for specific Taurus revolver. Site accept only accept
ZELLE PAYMENTS. | GOOGLE PAY
VENMO | CASHAPP
But has a listed address:
Address: 5512 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32839, United States
Phone: +1 (571) 925-6434
Email: [email protected]
That on the map shows as gun store in Florida.
Have anyone any information about that store?
