Scope recommendations for Weatherby Mark XXII Auto and CZ 452

All,

After getting great info on loads for these two rifles I was wondering what type of scopes you all put on these guns? I will be using them for Small Varment hunting but more importantly target shooting in which I am looking to achieve at least 1/2 groups or better at 50 yards.

Do any of you shoot competitively with these two guns? If so what do you use? What type of matches do you shoot in?

Currently I have a Redfield widefield 3x9 on the Weatherby Mark XXII and a Leupold 4x12 Vari-X II on the CZ 452.

as an all around .22lr scope, i really like the Leupold VX-II 3-9x33mm EFR Ultralite.

if you'd like more magnification for competition, i'd be looking at somthing 16x or 24x
