The best choice depends upon which 452 model you have, which scope you have, and how low you want to mount the scope. If you are going to use that relatively compact Leupold scope that you mentioned, I think the Burris Signature Zee rings would be a good way to go. They will protect your scope and you can get them in the height you need.
For CZs in general, if you have an iron-sighted 452 or 455, and you don't want the scope mounted way high, you'll need to pick a scope (not too large of an ocular bell) and rings that will allow the lower mounting. If you have an American or Varmint, you have more latitude with scope and ring choice while still keeping the scope low enough for a good cheek/jaw contact (assuming you like that type of fit).
Here's a big thread on the subject. I beleive there are several mentions of the Burris rings with the Leupold scope that you have.

Varmint with Weaver Grand Slam rings.
American with Tasco Australia rings (very good rings, but rare to find nowadays).
Lux (iron sighted gun) with Weaver Quad Lock rings which result in about the lowest possible setup for a hog-back CZ. This is is how I want my CZ hog-back guns scoped because it makes them fit me perfectly when scoped -- I don't like higher-mounted scopes where I don't get a good cheek/jaw contact with the stock.
