That was Embody v. Ward. Actually, he was not arrested. He was detained and then released. He then sued. He lost that case some time ago. See this post for links to past discussions and to both the District Court (2011) and Sixth Circuit (2012) decisions. His petition for a writ of certiorari was denied by the Supreme Court on 3 December 2012.

Embody's most recent unsuccessful expedition to the Supreme Court was in the case of Embody v. Cooper in which he sued the Tennessee Department of Public Safety for revoking his handgun carry permit.
