One of my Burris FF3 red dot sights shows a secondary dot above and to the right of the main dot. If the main dot is set on auto brightness or on a low fixed setting, the secondary dot isn’t too bothersome. But at full brightness the secondary dot is very noticeable, maybe 1/4 as bright as the main. It is certainly possible to ignore it. The one which is the main dot is obvious, but the secondary dot just shouldn’t be there.
Does anyone know what the cause of this is? Can it be corrected? I’m not sure I can find the original receipt to make a warranty claim. Maybe.
Thanks for any help.
