I found that DeSantis MiniScabbard, an OWB holster, works great IWB on the other side: possibly better than its intended OWB method. When carried as designed, it sticks away from the body too much and prints a lot. But this inversion is very comfortable and offers a low profile.



Like many lifehacks like this, there is a downside. This method is subordinated to the belt loops and adjustment is suboptimal, if you need it. But otherwise the performance is very good, both in comfort and concealment. It requires a cover garment, but a polo works.
