Sharpest knife from the factory you've ever received?

Mine is / was this knife from the "WE" company (weird name; great knives). Truly "scary sharp". This is a D2 / G10 / titanium build.

The old Blackjack Knives were so sharp they could cut your fingerprint off thin enough that it wouldn't bleed (Yes, a buddy did that to himself messing with one of my Blackjacks).

I bought a Boker Urban Trapper last year that may be the sharpest I’ve seen from the factory, not counting razor blade knives...

All Mad Dog steel knives I bought we're 3000 grit sharp and perfectly done edges.

Oh, just remembered another one. Years ago bought a Bark River Mountain Man knife. The blade was thinner than I expected, but hellaciously sharp. I once put it back gently into it's leather sheath - went in fine. Noticed a bit later that the knife sheared right through the sheath and was poking out. Was surprise, the leather was pretty thick.

I would say a Mora 511 . It came very sharp , but it does not hold an edge very well . The pros are , it's easy to re-sharpen and cost under $10 dollars .

Cold Steel Tanto I bought at my LGS. I took it home, unboxed it, and promptly nicked myself. It had warnings on the box for a reason.

Funny you posted this. Just got my Mini Griptilian back from Bench Made. Sharp enough to shave. Why send it back to Bench Made. Free sharpening service of course. I can sharpen enough to shave, but I needed the serrations done.

A buck model 110 has been the second sharpest knife Ive ever felt out the box. However my KOA Alpha Wolf made of D2 steel can damn near cut the finger prints off of you with the slight nick of the blade.

I'm not going to say that all the knives that I've purchased from this Company/Factory even come close to the Scariest Sharp METAL Knife I've gotten, but I rxed a Magnum Wolverine from Knives of Alaska that still ranks as the sharpest blade I've ever rxed from a factory/manufacturer made of metal. Obsidian usually comes sharper metal, but that one particular KOA was as close as metal has ever gotten. JMHO.

4 in. Rapala fillet knife you could run it through the hair on your arm 1/4 inch above your skin and it cut the hair no pulling hair at all
