Hey all,

I need some advice about shipping my pistols from New Hampshire back to Florida where I live. I drove to New Hampshire but I may have to fly or take greyhound back, and want to abide by the law.

1. Can I ship them with UPS? ( to my local gun dealer )
2. If I ship them with a gunshop what kind of fees can I expect to pay?
3. Any other sugestions?

Thanks in advance. If this question is in the wrong forum please move.

"May a nonlicensee ship firearms interstate for his or her use in hunting or other lawful activity?

Yes. A person may ship a firearm to himself or herself in care of another person in the State where he or she intends to hunt or engage in any other lawful activity. The package should be addressed to the owner. Persons other than the owner should not open the package and take possession of the firearm."
