Back the Manufacturer for repair. I'm I obligated to declare what's in the box if asked? Package will be shipped Fed-Ex. Shipping label and paperwork(RMA#) are in order. Personally the Fed-Ex clerk at the desk does not need to know what's in the box. Thanks

You are not by law, because you are shipping to a licensee; however, not declaring it may affect your ability to collect on the insured value. If you have a FEDEX account online and print your own shipping labels, you do not have to declare it because there is no field for description. Easier all around to do it this way, and they don't ask anything when you drop off the package.

Thanks ZAK. This is exactly what I am doing. Manufacturer is covering insurance & handling shipping costs.
