I plan on asking the PO as well, but I don't want them looking at me like I'm stupid anymore than they already do.:)

Can I ship a Yugo SKS from the PO directly to a C&R holders house(in MD)?

I'm sure Mr. Buyer might be along shortly to join in on the conversation(unless he doesn't want his name mentioned which is fine), but we talked on the phone last night and he seems to think it will be OK.

Also, when shipping a rifle through the USPS, do I have to tell them what is in the box? They usually just ask if there is anything that is water soluble or explosive and the answer is obviously "no."

IANAL, but assuming the SKS is C&R, the answer is yes, unless Indiana or Maryland have a problem with it.

Since FFL eZ Check doesn't verify C&R licenses, I would wait to ship until I had an ink-signed copy of the license in my possession.

This is a hotly-debated issue. I believe the correct answer is "no", since you are shipping to an FFL, but I would go ahead and tell them anyhow.

Bazooka You are in the clear and I absolutely never have a problem with you checking on The High Road. If you are unsure about anything just PM me. No need to hurry. This is one of the reasons why THR is around.:)
